10 dates – check for pits and stems
2 cups water
2 tbs coconut butter
1 tbs hemp protein
1 tsp spirulina and greens powder
2 tsp maca
1 tbs ground cocao – use coffee grinder
10 ice cubes
- 1. Blend dates in water. Start low, then work up, until you have date milk.
- 2. Add coconut butter, cacao, hemp, greens, spirulina and maca. Blend till thoroughly
emulsified. - 3. Add ice cubes and blend, use pusher to get residual ice chunks incorporated.
