Jena la Flamme is a temple fusion dancer. She draws her inspiration from ancient temple dance traditions where priestess-dancer-storytellers transmitted sacred myths, legends and stories, through their dance.
A lover of world-music, exotic costumery, and of all things gypsy, Jena strives to convey in her dance her reverence for freedom, creative expression, sensuality, and the pleasure of aliveness itself.
Temple dance is a pleasurable experience that I wish every woman and man to have. It is an opportunity to embody and express the full spectrum of your emotions.

Willie Walters, CPO
It can be an expression of joy, gratitude, compassion, anger, or grief.
Temple dance is a reminder of your own access to the sacred energy that animates your body, and animates all life.
The dancer is lithe, supple and graceful.
Her body is strong, flexible and poised.
Her feet are firmly planted on the ground.
She occupies her skin,
Enjoying, celebrating and appreciating herself with every move she makes.
She is a role model for embodiment.
Temple dance is a reminder of your own access to the sacred energy that animates your body, and animates all life.
