The Lucia N°03 is a high-tech meditation lamp made by doctors in Austria, that gently entrains the brain, stimulates the pineal gland and opens up a beautiful space for visionary exploration.

The flickering light of the Lucia N°03 invites the brain into expanded states of consciousness (increased alpha, theta and gamma waves) and ultimately into coherence, a harmonic brain state found in experienced meditators or those in trance states.

How this works is that sound waves travel extremely well through water. The human body is composed of 70-80% water, and therefore an excellent conductor and resonator of sound. Our bones are hollow and watery, effectively making them resonant sound chambers!

The frequencies of the sound healing instruments travel deeply into the cellular level of the body to help it return to a state of relaxation, balance, and “natural order,” where profound healing begins.

A Sound Healing Journey can:
